Jeremy's 38 Knuckle

Jeremy from York, Pa. sent these photos of his 1938 Knuckle head project as barter for cheap decals. He's promised me progress updates as well.

It's my time.

It's supposed to storm for a few days, my Girl's out of town, the ice box is loaded with beer, and there's a big list of things I can get done on Fingertight.
A big thanks to McGoo and Kutty, with their help I got the front end lowered, back together and she's sitting proper. Next a headlight mount.

BMW R100/7 Progress

The past couple of  Sundays were spent on Pauls bike, it's been fun and really cool of everyone to chip in. The head showed up from the exhaust thread repair so yesterday Wes came over and with Pauls help put the motor back together.
Last Sunday Bob put in a lot of time cleaning carburetors while Paul and I hacked up the sub frame and making it ready for seat and fender tabs. The fork legs are out at Kutty's being shortened and rethreaded by a few inches. All and all it's moving along pretty well.
This is typical Wes, reassembling a top end, Playing with the welder, and talking with BMW tech support all at the same time.
Loaded with some degreaser, a toothbrush, and a fresh pack of cloves Bob went to town on the Bings.
