A Couple Of New Bench*Mark Bits

F'n Tailight, again.
Just yesterday morning I was telling JD & Caleb that I was pretty sure I had jacked up this whole thing and now I probably needed to redo a new fender and scrap this idea. Well it turned around by early evening.
Now finish shaping the lenses, install the light fixture and hopefully I'll have it lit up today. Bondo will be my new friend.
95% there.

Tim's SR500
Tim from Sweden was inspired by our SR builds so he went and cut his bike building teeth on one of his own.
Good stuff Tim.

Well Deserved.
Dan Collins of Old Garage Company picked Pat's bike for his award choice which was super cool for a couple reasons.
One, Dan's a badass and his thumbs up is held in high regard, at least by us. And he hand made his trophy.
Two, It was only a few days ago that Pat's bike was in pieces and we put serious time in just to get him on the road for the ride out.
This was the icing on the cake.
Congrats Pat!

After 72 hours of panic wrenching on Pat's Ironhead we were really happy to get out of the shop and Ride.
A last minuet crew of 8 assembled, we mosey'd on out & then hammered home.
There was a ton of great bike and cars to see & I know there will be a lot of photos on line but here's some things that caught my eye mostly for obvious reasons.
Big Thanks to Kutty for having us again this year.
Good Times.

Bench*Mark One Offs
Temecula Terry showed up with this Biltwell exhaust tip and wanted a taillight made out of it for his current BMW project.
Pat went to town machining the bracket, hogging out the lenses for the LED cluster. We decided engraving a logo on the back was a good idea that way Terry could have something to sand off & polish.
I shaped the lenses & did the finish work and there you have it.
If we ever get some spare time we'd like to do more one off bits to put up in the store for ya'll.
