Levi's & Jeep
Mighty FC Concept
Just my two cents but I'm thinking the "Jeep Mighty FC Concept" should be dressed in Levi's trim.
The Levi's CJ5 Renegade was a big damn deal in my home town.
I was 10.
Ok Someone at AMC had a bro at Levi's or vice versa.
ink: Levi's Gremlin
And here's the pacer

My Friend Matt.
Matt is part of the original BCM crew.
He up & moved to NYC but forgot to take us with.
Michael Schmidt captured the whole thing,
it's in the new issue of DICE &
over at Mr. Schmidt's interweb space.

The Serrano T100
Our friend Nick's MC habit very much includes
the knack for buying, selling & in between he cranks out some really nice modders.
For whatever reason he never sends us any
of the related propaganda so I poached all of this off the interweb.
It's most likely for sale or already sold, again we have no way of knowing.

Ossa Monocasco
Over the past few days Art-Tic Ossa electric concept bike has been all over the interweb & although it is pretty cool in a giant electric shaver kind of way what really caught my attention was Art-Tic's source of inspiration.
Santiago Herrero's Ossa 250 Monocoque Race Bike
Apparently the 1969 Ossa single cylinder 250 was a whopping 20hp off Yamaha's powerful V4, however Ossa was not only 45 pounds lighter but stiffer and much more agile.
Over the next couple seasons Herrero showed flashes of brilliance & even won on the Monocasco but during the 1970 Isle of Man TT "tank slapping" headshake would cause Santiago to take out fellow racer Stanley Wood both would go down.
Wood suffered a broken ankle & both collar bones were broken as well, 28 year old Santiago Herrero died from his injuries a couple days later.
The loss of Herrero caused Ossa to cease it's racing efforts.

ACME
Acme Choppers took our complete piece of shit T120 frame & quickly transformed it into a thing of beauty.
Here's a cool step by step thread on how they went about it.

Craftsman
An Important figure in my life used to tell me that making wagon wheels is a great skill but in this day and age it won't get you far.
Considering the feeling I get making something with my hands I have no choice but to question that statement.

Cal VMX Round 3 (Gary Chaplin Day)
Every now and then Cal VMX does a featured rider race day, yesterday's MX legend was Gary Chaplin.
At the awards ceremony Gary took the time to sign & have a chat with every rider who won a plaque. This means so much more too me than the gaudy combo of plastic and cheap marble usually associated with good results at a local race.
Milestone MX Park
Oakley 1's
I was stoked to see these.
Kawi w650 powered sidecar
Greeves
best bike stand
Trackmaster framed SL350 & it's builder/pilot.
The husband & wife sidecar team.
Good folks.
Turn 2 & I'm going wide just hoping the mayhem stays on the inside line.
It kind of worked.
