Antigravity Batteries
The guys at Antigravity Batteries offered to help us out with a battery for the Norton "build" & man did they!
The 8cell provides enough juice for a kick only, it's tiny, super light, it can be mounted any which way.
To top it off they're made in the USA.
Stoked on this thing!

Mat & Evel being friends and all meant Evel came to a few events we were involved in.
All I know is, man that guy could be a prick.

NC
The last of the frame do-dads.
I thought the stock plate full of unused mounting holes was pretty boring so It went from 14ga. to 1/4" framed, welded in, hogged out, Blah, Blah. The tabs below are plate mounts.
clean this up as well as a couple other spots and reassemble for pipes, side stand, battery box/tray then it's final tear down for finishes.
Finally.

JT Racing Series II
Race 1
Glen Helen Raceway
7/15/2012
I had every intension of skipping this months race, I have a bunch of frame work to finish on the Norton, I have another metal sliver in my eye & I hadn't touched my race bike since last month. A text from Bob at 6:00 the night before about how pleasant the weather was and it all turned into race prep scramble.
It was hot as Hell, I moved up a class only to ride shitty, but any day on the bike is a good day and I had fun.
The new trophies are collector mugs featuring an attending honored historic rider and this month was Gary Faxon, I've had little conversation with Gary but it is very clear to me that he's the "gentlemans racer" who carries himself with a lot of class. It was great to see him as the honored Pro.
The Premier Class is up to four great old twins and growing, I'm thinking that might be a fun second class to run, We'll see.

BF4
I had big plans to take a bunch of photos starting with the invited builders area moving on to venders row then on to public parking. I got started and put my camera in my pocket to help Caleb move his bike/stand and never got it back out, So this is it.
Great ride up & back, Great event, good to see everyone, sorry I missed a few of you.
Back to work.
