I'm thinking I had to fire up my bike 30 times on Saturday as my knee was reminding me on Sunday.

Although it was good to see some people I hadn't seen in a while at the Dice/Foundry gig the best part of the weekend was the riding, day or night the weather was perfect.

I took no photos but I'm sure you'll see it all elsewhere.

Phoenix Weekend

I spent the afternoon ripping around town & up south mountain with Jeremiah from Love Cycles. The TWiF Crew was on hand to document the whole thing.

SNAFU Crenshaw

I've been enjoying jamming around Carlsbad on the SNAFU Crenshaw that McGoo sent a few months back.

What started as the ride to the bank is quickly turning into a street ride loop reminiscent of the old Huntington after work jaunt.

Hub Week?

I started reworking the 66 triumph rear hub, it was plain & boring plus I wasn't really into the press fit seams and spot welds.

Spencer's going to the BCM school drill wheel clean & polish, his XS hubs are coming around real nice.

Or at least ride slow with your friends on Sunday.

After being a bundle of nerves & scaring the shit out myself I realized there's still a lot of fun to be had on dirt bikes.

It looks like Pala Raceway is my new home track.

Pala is a top notch facility & it's a hell of a lot closer than Lake Elsinore MX park was.
